Anchorage Digital Bank has launched support for global USD wire transfers, integrating traditional payment rails into its federally regulated crypto banking platform. The move allows institutional clients, including crypto startups and innovators, to manage both fiat and digital assets through a single partner. This eliminates the need for separate providers for cash and crypto services.
The new functionality enables firms to hold, send, and receive US dollars within the same environment they use for digital asset custody and trading. This integration aims to provide seamless capital management, addressing a common operational hurdle for companies in the digital asset space.
Separately, team members from Anchorage Digital are participating in the DAS London conference. The firm's Global Head of Revenue, Justin Brill, spoke on crypto market structure, while the Head of Stablecoins, Sergio Silva, is scheduled to discuss stablecoin infrastructure.
