World Liberty Financial (WLFI) has launched WLFI Markets, a professional-grade DeFi lending and borrowing platform powered by Dolomite's infrastructure. The platform is designed to support compliant stablecoins, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and institutional liquidity, marking a significant step into the DeFi space for the firm.

This move positions WLFI to capitalize on the rapidly growing RWA sector, which has seen its on-chain value increase by over 3x to approximately $19 billion in the last year. The launch is a direct response to increasing demand for tokenized assets and aligns with the broader industry trend of merging traditional finance with decentralized technology. WLFI Markets will use Dolomite’s backend for its capital efficiency, scalability, and risk management capabilities.

WLFI Markets enables users to lend and borrow using USD1, WLFI's dollar-backed stablecoin, alongside other major digital assets like ETH, cbBTC, USDC, and USDT. This integration serves as the first major application for World Liberty Financial, aiming to significantly expand the utility and circulation of its USD1 stablecoin within the DeFi ecosystem.
