Ripple will acquire corporate treasury software provider GTreasury for $1 billion, marking its third acquisition in 2025.

The deal extends Ripple beyond cross-border payments into full‑stack corporate finance, with GTreasury adding cash, liquidity, and risk tooling. Earlier 2025 purchases of prime broker Hidden Road and stablecoin platform Rail supply market access and issuance rails, setting up RLUSD for embedded settlement in AR/AP and cash pooling.

For enterprises, a bundled TMS–brokerage–stablecoin stack could compress settlement from T+2 to near‑instant and reduce FX and operating costs while preserving bank connectivity and controls.

If executed, Ripple could emerge as one of the first crypto‑native vendors offering an end‑to‑end corporate finance stack spanning issuance, brokerage, settlement, and treasury.
