Axal, a leading non-custodial treasury management platform for blockchain organizations, today unveiled its second official treasury partner: the RARI Foundation, the entity driving growth and decentralization across the Rarible ecosystem, including the RARI DAO and Rari Chain.
Under the partnership, the RARI Foundation will utilize Axal’s white-glove treasury management service to diversify its holdings and generate sustainable, risk-adjusted yield on its USDC reserves. The collaboration enables the Foundation to put idle stablecoin capital to work while preserving full transparency, security, and on-chain control.
As an added benefit, all RARI DAO members who sign up to Axal using a dedicated Rari referral code will receive a 2% APY boost for their first three months on the platform.
Many blockchain foundations and DAOs have shifted significant portions of their treasuries into USDC and other stablecoins to reduce volatility and maintain liquidity. Yet this move often leaves capital earning zero yield in multi-signature wallets or forces teams into suboptimal choices:
Axal addresses these challenges through Axal Prime, its flagship non-custodial USDC strategy that generates yield exclusively via over-collateralized lending on battle-tested DeFi protocols such as Morpho and Euler. The platform targets a sustainable 6–10% APY by combining rigorous risk frameworks with blue-chip infrastructure partners.
The RARI Foundation supports the expansion of the Rarible ecosystem through community-governed grants, open-source tools, and the Rarible Protocol—an agnostic, cross-chain framework for building NFT applications. Its recently launched Rari Chain, an Arbitrum-powered Layer 3 blockchain, enforces royalties at the node level to ensure creators are fairly compensated.
“At the Rari Foundation, we’re continuously evolving our treasury strategy to ensure long-term resilience and value creation for Rari DAO. Partnering with Axal adds another layer of expertise to our diversification efforts, reinforcing a more sustainable foundation for creators and builders,” — Anna Riabokon, Head of Operations & Governance at the Rari Foundation.
